Lieferung war sehr schnell von China zu mir nach Deutschland. war alles sehr gut und sicher verpackt. Der Drucker macht einen sehr guten Ersten Eindruck und das Druckergebnis kann sich sehen lassen für die ersten Tests. ich bin total zufrieden und würde den Drucker hier jederzeit wieder kaufen.

The printer comes in a sturdy packaging and makes a good first impression. The setup is easy and quite fast. The mechanics is up to the Heizbett quite well, unfortunately the Heizbett is not flat but hangs in the middle strongly. This makes clean levels almost impossible. The board is a proprietary development of Tenlog and is shown and described in all descriptions with changeable drivers. Unfortunately, the drivers on the board but firmly installed and can not be changed. This is very annoying because the printer is very noisy in operation and whistles extremely. With other drivers, e.g. TMC2208 this problem could possibly be eliminated, but this is not done by the soldered drivers. Also, the firmware based on Marlin is very limited. Esteps apply to both extruders and are not individually adjustable, no baby steps, print via USB, however, no information about the remaining time of printing is displayed. The temperature of the extruder and the heating bed is displayed but otherwise nothing. Since one of the two Hotend coolers was already very loud at the time of delivery and vibrated strongly I wrote to the support of Tenlog so that they could send me a new cooler. Since the printer was just 2 weeks old I thought this was free on warranty with the advertise them on the homepage, but except the information I should replace the fan just at their own expense is unfortunately nothing happened. Also, the demand for the new firmware which can be seen on Youtube at the new videos it said only that this is not passed. What shoud that? Under support I understand something else. The basic functions go and the printer has real potential if it is further developed on the software side. The demand for a download link for the installed firmware is also ignored. Conclusion: Printer with potential, unfortunately not as implemented as expected.

Ho un problema con la stampante... Mi dà un errore nella temperatura e il servizio tecnico mi dice di parlare con voi in modo che mi mandi un'altra targa!!

Tengo un problema con la impresora... me da un error en la temperatura y el servicio técnico me dice que hable con vosotros para que me mandéis otra placa!!
