First unit was defective. Emailed Banggood service with pictures and description of the defect and the next day Banggood sent a replacement. EXCELLENT customer service, as ALWAYS. Giving this 5 stars because it looks fantastic and excellent quality. Looking forward to one that is functional for testing and using in the water. Insta 360 says the camera is waterproof just in the regular case, but I don't believe it and don't want to test it. This case will probably never see 40M underwater unless I

First one received was broken in the box but customer service was (as always) excellent and fast to ship out a replacement. Have not had a chance to test as winter weather has arrived but ecpect it will work perfectly

good stuff but not 100% invisible in footage. It’s good to protect the camera @ mountainbike

Extra paid fast shipping was worth (before the holiday trip) and the product is really waterproof, tested and happy ;)
