Quality of this product is good. The belt is designed for rather thick people. I have 31'' and this belt is to big for me, so the description of it should be changed.

I'm not a thin fella so was a little worried this wouldn't fit. I have a 40inch waist and it fitted no problem & I'd say a good 6 inches of growth if needed

Not sure why its labeled as "Padded" but the belt is very durable and function well... Nice adjustable size with a very secure clip. Please Note: this belt is not common to an actual belt but rather as a strap belt...

It is not padded, it is more like any backpack strap, it is good quality, but if you want to secure something heavy or heavy duty, look for a more expensive one.
