Only taken the vehicle out for an initial test drive and i have to say for $65 it's an enjoyable RC. I've been in the hobby for over 30 years and driven and flown everything from cheap box store to high end hobby grade and more serious race vehicles. This RC Tank is a happy median of price, detail quality and overall fun. I wouldn't call it hobby grade, from a maintenance and part standpoint, but it's definitely a higher end toy and a great value at the $65 price point. Its not super fast, but it's adequate, and the trade off of the lower gearing means good off the line acceleration and plenty of torque for navigating rough terrain. My only complaint, and it's not a deal breaker at all, is the battery connector, I'd prefer for a ground vehicles to have a simple deans connector, but other than that (of which I can swap out) I don't have any real complaints. The vehicle has met or exceeded my expectations.
