The idea of the folded sides is good. However, these glasses, whilst reasonable value for what they are, are not built to a high enough standard for the design - especially if having to rotate the sides, which are somewhat stiff. I lubricated the joints, which helped to some degree, but I am not sure how long these glasses will last? If used only occasionally, and they last six months with gentle use, I suppose one cannot complain, for the price.
