Easy to setup and use with Arduino, 4 wires: SDA, SCL, GND and 5V. Works with Adafruit's RTClib https://github.com/adafruit/RTClib Battery was included. Looks like it's well made.

I am using this for a clock project and it worked perfectly with arduino over I2C. Comes with a battery too!
