Product arrived prior to scheduled delivery date in an undamaged condition and were as described. Batteries were charged sufficiently to operate product. Batteries accepted a full charge. Product is true to size and appears to be of good quality. I will further test product to determine long term performance and if satisfactory, will purchase additional pairs for family members.

BG151615649 Havebeen using these gloves for two years, mainly for shoveling snow. No issues at all, still working well and batteries continue to accept a full charge. Ordered a second pair but have only used them once. Stay warm up to minus 30 C. Great value for money. I do have a pair that are warmer, but they cost me 5 times as much money.
