I received the Owon XDM1241 16 days after ordering. The accuracy of the voltage measurement is very good. On my reference voltage source 5 V, the XDM1241 shows 4.9994 VDC. The reference was measured by the supplier in November 2019 as 5,000.37 V. If that is still correct, the XDM1241 has a deviation of 0.02%. On the reference 10 V (specified as 10,000.66 V), 9,996-9,997 VDC are displayed, which corresponds to a deviation of 0.01%. In the 500V range, exactly 10.00 VDC are displayed. Unfortunately, the current consumption when switched off is more than 1 mA. This means that the built-in batteries are empty in half a year without use. The device must therefore be charged regularly to prevent the battery from dying.
