09/12/2024Mn_wtf I know how to Use the product. The units, unlike other units purchased had lack of information on activating and would not activate without a key te entered and the key embedded to the unit was not approved to be activated. I had t purchase a new windows OS got one of the units as it was taking so long to get the correct product key, and am out of pocket for something that is advertised as included. That is not ok and a credit should be issured by whoever and this should not be dragging on so long
