    It turns out that the absent trimpot (the "adj" jumper bridge option) has been replaced with a 39KR, exactly the same value connected to the 5v option link which makes it preset to 5v without the need to solder blob any of the voltage option links. I found this out the hard way two days ago when I'd finally gotten round to using it in my DIY GPSDO project. If you remove this "excess baggage", solder blobbing the relevant voltage option links will now produce the indicated voltages. I also discovered,

    As others have mentioned, the diodes are all mixed up. In fact there is no bridging you can do to get 3.3v at all. However, I am able to get 3.55v and my project requires a 2.7KOhm resistor on the output. With that in place, I can get 3.2v. Hopefully that will work..

    While the device worked for me giving the required 5v output, the solder links on the back did not appear to work as labelled. Putting a bridge across the 5v gave me 2.7v No bridge gave me 5v Possibly an incorrect resistor installed

    As other pointed out the bridges are not coding proper voltage values on output. 3.3 -> 2.6 v, 12->3.7V Probably there is improper resistor soldered in the feedback divider. A fail.
