It comes scrunched up. I placed it over a different hat for a week or so to regain it's shape but the front brim is still a little wavy. It's very lite, hardly any sun protection on the top of your head.

It is impossible to make larger than minimum size by adjusting strap as hat is pre formed. it's a marketing joke I'm in UK so not worth returning but I won't get fooled again... if you order go a couple of sices larger and you might be lucky.
