the microscoop came well packed and very fast. But I heard a noise while shaking a bit... I unpacked the scoop and assembled as shown on the advertisement. connected the power and.... nothing. pressing the on/off knob didnt work. I could do two things: 1 reporting the malfunctioning and get a new one or 2 trying to fix it. I removed the back of the display and found out that the battery was loose and had disconnected the flat cable of the camera unit. reconnecting and closing the back made the scoop work as advertised.
