This is only a capacitor connected to the phase (the connector). There is also a LED (lamp) connected to the cable with a couple of resistors which will light up when you plug in the "device". It does NOT show if it is working, just showing that it is connected to the wall. It can only correct the current/volt curve when you connect a heavy electric motor. It will NOT save any money for anything else, so this is a real BLUFF!!! To be sure, I have tested for a couple of weeks in different connections
