Using it with Sonoff Rf bridge. It can detect door open and close. Single AAA battery. Range seems to be less though.. as the sensor not able to send data to the rf receiver on the next floor

JakobM The range is under 6 meters in eye of sight, and even less if there is a door and it's closed. if you live in a very small house or you have multible 433 recivers all over your house then buy it......
