Mine arrived the other day DOA. Ended up using a XM+ for the project instead. Am sure it is just a random dud that happens every now and then. Have requested a replacement for it. Am quite sure banggood will make it right as they always have. One more reason I rarely shop anywhere else! I have used these before on at least 3 builds for friends and they work great out of the package but suffer from rf "swamping" issue. Flash them with the newest firmware update and they're perfect!
