The overall aspect of the item is nice: when folded, the dimensions and weight allow an easy transportation like a bag. The main cable and the electronic box with auxiliary ports are well protected in a dedicated pocket closed by a zip. the auxiliary ports are additionally protected with a soft rubber cover, difficult to identify the first time, in order to achieve the IP65 protection. Obviously you loose this protection level in case you open the box to charge external devices, but the protection is maintained if you use only the main cable with MC4 connectors e.g. to charge a battery or a power station.
