essa peça não tive sorte ao abrir a embalagem onde veio todos os produtos já visualizei umas marcas no plástico e quando tirei do plástico vi que estava danificado como podem ver nas fotos e quando fui ligar não funcionou gostaria de saber se irão me ressarcir ou enviar outra peça

nice tester. but in my device the wide red wire don’t work. the slim white wire is the “positive” and the wide black wire is the “ negative “. both slim black and red wires need to connect 7-12v source to start the system. attention.
