this arrived in around 12 days (to UK) which was amazing, I was able to assemble it completely within 20 minutes. however the screen was faulty and displayed vertical lines. nothing seemed broken that i could see, so i contacted BG, sent pictures and a video and pictures of shipping label and SKU. within 3 days i was issued with a full refund. excellent service from BG as usual. so, i'm going to order this again... fingers crossed that that one works. 5 stars are more for BG's customer services as they don't want the broken one back so i can use it as a template to design a case to 3D print.
