Received in good condition. Needed to fit throttle cable bracket from old carb.. Full throttle mixture adjustment is the brass screw. Screw in until it just pinches (do not damage taper point inside carb), then undo one turn. Start engine and when warm open throttle to full. Adjust screw in or out to get max. revs, then open another 1/16 of a turn.
