Extremely happy. I am 185cm for context. Good lumbar support. Combination of adjustable back height, head height and lumbar height makes it easy to get the back dialed in just right. Chair base is well padded - very happy there, and has slight adjustment to slide the base forwards and backwards. The chair has two tilt mechanisms -- a back tilt (which is only just good, doesn't go very far forwards would be my complaint) and a whole seat and back tilt, which works very well. Whole thing feels solid. My only quibble would be that while the lumbar support is padded, it's not *very* padded and is a little too flat/vertical. Still very happy with this chair overall.
