I am very happy with this purchase although the output is not exact 20W but the solar charger works and was able to charger my phone in 3 hours. I use this to charger my dslr battery when i'm out in remote areas and the charger charges them in 2 hours or less. I also want to talk about blitzwolf customer service being very good and prompt. They sincerely listen to your problems and promptly solves them. So, if you are looking to buy a solar usb charger then look no further just buy this charger or the 28 version. I'm sure you will not be disappointed.
