I had an issue with this product, but I had a very good support experience. After proving that the initial product was faulty, they sent me instantly a new one which I just received. This time everything works great! The audio quality could be better, but for the calling purpose it is great! Thanks!

after almost 6 months of heavy use it didn't survive my first run on rainy weather. it just don't turn on anymore I left charging for almost 10 hours and it just don't turn on anymore...
