Yep it's a light and turns on

Over about one year I have bought at least 10 of these bulbs. I have used them in my house and outside in yard light fixtures. They work very well and put off a good amount of light. I have them in my closets where they work great. The smaller ones are OK for low light areas and the larger ones are nice and bright while consuming low power. I will buy more in the future.
