    The laser came in good shape. When I hooked it up it measured 250mw. I changed to a better lens and got it to 300mw. I untwisted the case in a vise (it is glued) and adjusted the trimpot to output 500mw. I put it in a heatsink and am running it tonight to see if it lasts. The current is now set at 500ma.
