As with my last order the manufacture and finish was excellent; the only difference was that I received only one brake castor whereas the first order contained two. I wonder why!!

Appears good quality, strong and quite heavy. Swivel head has double ball bearing. Rubber roller wheel does not. But movement of rollers appears smooth .
