Works fine for me. I have cut it down to arround 110mm overall length. The full length is a bit silly, maybe it works, haven't tried it. I also milled a recess in the side so I can clamp in in a Weldon holder. Material seems not too hard though, but works fine in mild steel and aluminium. In the picture speed was 1450RPM, 2mm depth of cut and 80mm/min feed.

Nicely finished tool looks like good quality workmanship. Have tested it only on an aluminium casting and it worked well leaving a good facing finish and an acceptable side cut finish with a 100 thou." cut.
