My first one arrived broken, but Banggood quickly remedied that by sending a replacement. The item works well. It heats up quickly and the stepless speed control is a nice feature. When you let go of the feed button, the filament retracts to minimize oozing at the tip. When you first turn it on, it allows you to select ABS or PLA. Once it's heating and showing the tip temperature, you can use the buttons on either side of the display to fine tune the temperature for the material you're using. That's a nice feature. I've use it to add detail to and repair 3D printed parts. Still practicing on making things from scratch. The only negative is the price. I've seen this item for quite a bit less on other sites. Other than that, it's good.
