Unit works great. But I have a problem with the unit. Firstly it did not come with an adapter plug for my country, had to drive around to find the adapter. Secondly and here is the big problem with this unit. My unit is a counter top unit with a side inlet, the problem I have is that the lever can not push down to open the cold water as this hits the counter from the off position, in the pictures the lever faces to the top in the off position, my lever faces to the front in the off position? can we replace or exchange the unit, with something else?
