Ordered a 2.5 mm version, got shipped a 3.5mm version. Told the customer service, and they resend the order. Again, I received the 3.5mm version. Again told customer service, and they refunded the money, and did not have to send the 2 3.5mm versions back. I did not get the product, but have 2 3.5mm versions now (and in a previous order 1 2.5mm version). I know logistics is hard, but they handeled it very good, I got all the money back, and now left with 2 3.5mm headsets that I will find a good use for in a nerd project. Shame they were out of stock. But Banggod was really good! (you need to have patience ordering good priced stuff from half the world away)
