Upon reception, you must check all parts on the board and make sure they are not touching together making a short circuit. This happens in transport. Check the polarity of the output with a voltmeter, do not take the little + signs for granted. This SMPS monitors the 5 volt line witch means the 5 volts is always good but the 12 volts will vary depending on its load. Overall, you get more than what you pay for.
