This is an 18v dc solar panel. it square in shape and it is equilvalent to a small foldable table on size - the panel is covered by a plastic film (removable) and looks quite well made - in cloudy daytime conditions. it is able to output 18v (vmax) - have not attached it to a watt meter yet but I feel that it should be able to deliver on it's power specs - will get another when Banggood has a 10% to 20% discount sale (Black Friday maybe?)

Measuring directly at te MC4 Connectors you get: @cloudy conditions: 18.8 - 19V; 0.2A @sunny conditions: 20V; 2.5A Just make sure the entire panel is irradiated. Otherwise the dark parts have a very high resistance and a shadow covering 10% of the panel will reduce flow to 0.2-0.3A. And as soon as you have sunlight on the entire panel. Even if it is at a not ideal angle. You get around 2 - 2.5A. I'm very happy with the product.

It is lightweight and easy to mount! The page says it is 50 watt, but the panel itself say 60 watt, so that's a bonus. The item arrived in a beat up box and the panel is quite bent up. The shipping box should be a bit heavier construction to hold up to all the handling involved in international shipping. I don't think any of the cells are cracked, but we'll see soon. I will have to make a backer board to attach it to so I can get full output, which kind of defeats the whole "light weight" thing. I

I connected the panel to a MPPT 5A buck converter from ebay, so I can regulate current and voltage. Till now, I was not able to get more than ~35Watts from the panel, but just a sunny sky is not equal to optimal conditions, so I think the panel can reach over 40W, in optimal conditions. Good thing is, that even on slightly cloudy days, the panel ha s enough power left to charge USB devices with 5-10 Watts. The MPPT buck converter is not accurate (showing 0.3V less than real measurement on the panel

We love to anchor! The only drawback is that we cannot use our fridge because after a few hours the battery is empty. So my beer will not be cold on sunny days. With 2 of these panels I hope to solve this problem. If possible I will put a second review to inform you about this solution

in winter. cloudy day this panel give me more power than, looks very similar , my old panel

The panel is actually rated for 60W so a bonus :-) Its Voc=21V and Vmppt=18V. So it's not 12V output, but can be used to charge 12V battery.
