all work on test battery. but dont know if problem with my car. when on car only brake light works. no tail light. did find a sulution after about messing for ages. open the metal part and fit a diode on the brake wire. seems same on all these type bulbs

The light was not very bright unfortunately. It works as normal and brake light. You see in the photos the difference
